Step 1: Book an appointment
Fill up the short form below to book your appointment. Don’t forget to quote “giveaway” when our customer service team calls you!
Step 2: Take a free hearing test
Bring your parent(s) for the hearing test on the scheduled appointment date. It’s free, painless and only takes 30 mins!
Step 3: You are qualified!
Once your parent(s) complete the hearing test, you are automatically qualified for the giveaway
The Treat Your Parents giveaway will run from 1 May 2023 to 30 June 2023. It’s only applicable to participants who sign up and complete a hearing test at Hearing Partners Singapore before 30 June 2023.
The winner will be selected via a lucky draw and will win Royal Caribbean vouchers worth $1,200*. We will be announcing the winner in early July 2023, so stay tuned for the results!

Terms and Conditions
1. The following terms and conditions (“T&Cs”), and all subsequent revisions or amendments thereafter made by Hearing Partners Pte. Ltd. (“Hearing Partners”), without prior notice, shall apply to the “Treat Your Parents” Giveaway (the “Giveaway”).
2. By registering or taking part in this Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Giveaway Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Hearing Partners in relation to and in connection with this Giveaway.
Qualifying Period
3. The Giveaway is from 0000 hrs, 1 May 2023 to 2359 hrs, 30 June 2023 (both dates inclusive) (“Giveaway Period”).
4. Hearing Partners reserves the right to change the Giveaway Period.
Eligibility
5. You must be 18 years and above (as of the start of the Giveaway Period) and be a Singapore citizen, Singapore permanent resident or Singapore resident (with a valid employment pass or work permit) to participate in the Giveaway (“Participant(s)”).
6. The following categories of people are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway:
i) All permanent and/or contract employees (“Employees”) of Hearing Partners and their immediate family members and/or relatives living in the same household.
ii) All agencies and/or service providers engaged by Hearing Partners (including but not limited to advertising agencies, promotions agencies, printing companies, event management agencies and any persons assisting or who are involved in the Giveaway) and their Employees and Immediate Family Members.
iii) All dealers and/or distributors of the products of Hearing Partners and their Employees and Immediate Family Members.
7. Hearing Partners has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of Participants. Such determination shall be final and conclusive and Hearing Partners is not obliged to give any reason for its determination.
Giveaway Participation
8. Participants may enter the Giveaway anytime during each Giveaway Period by:
a) Completing a hearing test at Hearing Partners before 30th June 2023
b) Quoting “GIVEAWAY” when making an appointment or flash a Hearing Partner’s sponsored influencer’s post during the appointment
9. There shall only be one(1) winner for the Giveaway.
10. The Winner of the Giveaway shall be announced through Hearing Partners’ social media platforms and notified by Hearing Partners through the contact number or email address provided by the winner in their Entries. All winners shall have to provide their mobile number to Hearing Partners for verification purposes before they will be allowed to claim their prize.
11. Hearing Partners has absolute discretion to disqualify any Giveaway Participation that does not meet the criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions. Such determination is final and conclusive and Hearing Partners is not obliged to give any reason for its determination.
Prize
12. With every one (1) Giveaway Participation, each Participant is eligible for one (1) chance to enter the Giveaway to stand a chance to receive Royal Caribbean cash vouchers worth S$1,200 in total (“Prize”).
13. Hearing Partners reserves the right to, at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion, replace and/or substitute any of the Prize(s) with any other item of a similar value.
14. The Winner shall be notified by phone at their phone number and ordinary post at their mailing address as indicated in the hearing test form within fourteen (14) calendar days of the Draw Date.
15. Hearing Partners will agree with the Winner on a date to redeem the Prize. The authorized HP representative at a Hearing Partners clinic will verify the identity of the Winner via mobile phone number matching in order to redeem the Prize on the agreed date. If the verification fails, the Winner would be requested to produce the required personal identification documents. If the Winner fails to produce the required personal identification documents, his/her respective prize reimbursement will be forfeited (without any liability on the part of Hearing Partners to any person).
16. Prizes that are not redeemed within thirty (30) calendar days from the Draw Date will be forfeited. No correspondence or claims will be entertained in the event of such forfeiture. A Participant whose prize has been forfeited shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation whatsoever from Hearing Partners.
17. A reserve Winner will be drawn to replace any Winner(s) subsequently disqualified.
18. If Hearing Partners discovers that the Winner was not entitled to participate or if a Winner is subsequently disqualified from participating in the Giveaway, Hearing Partners may at its discretion forfeit the Prize, reclaim it after award and then choose an eventual Winner from the reserve winner list or donate the Prize to an approved charitable organisation of Hearing Partners’ choice.
19. Prizes are not transferable, or exchangeable for cash, credits or any other item or otherwise, either partially or wholly. Use of the Prizes shall be subject to Hearing Partners’ terms and conditions.
20. The winner of any Prize shall be responsible for all ancillary and additional costs arising from the use of the Prize, insofar as these are not specifically indicated as part of the Prize.
