“The Audiologist in charge for my boy is Ms. Sadrina Shah. She is very kid- friendly, professional, patience, and observant Audiologist. She did listen to parent and try to understand which toys will keep the child focus. She will prepare the toys accordingly. She also conditioned and explained the procedure to kid in simple and easy ways.

Under her session, my boy managed to complete all testing (Otoscopic examination, Tymp, OAE, Play Audiometry) within 30 minutes.

I never thought we can complete all tests in such short period. The most important is: my boy was able to focus throughout the session and the reliability of the results is good. My boy likes her so much and wants to visit her again.

The Center is very clean and comfortable. The moment my boy entered the Center, he seem likes “at home” and will play the toy car by himself. The candies on the coffee table also make him happy and looking forward to have it. The whole environment & experience make us feel very relaxed and happy.
